1 scoop vanilla protein powder&lt;br/&gt;
1 cup low-fat cottage cheese&lt;br/&gt;
2 Tbsp coconut milk&lt;br/&gt;
1 cup blueberries&lt;br/&gt;
2 Tbsp flaxseed meal&lt;br/&gt;
4 oz Pure Pomegranate juice&lt;/p&gt;
